• 1 sewn slings of 120 centimeters
• “Zelfzekering” (For instance a sewn sling of 90 centimeters or connect adjust)
• 6x Quickdraws
• Prusik Rope (5 or 6 mm) 1x 1m
• Helmet - wearing a helmet is mandatory on ESAC weekends
• Technique checklist + pen, in case you are following the SP-course
